So breaking the law. Trump is blatantly breaking the law. And Congress is gonna let him, effectively neutering their own power, and for what? Fascism? That's what you're sacrificing the country for?

Congressional GOP goes along with it since the only thing that matters to them is holding power. Remember: Americans voted to give GOP control of both chambers of Congress AND they decided to give an obvious liar and con man another shot at POTUS. Besides-Trump scares them more than voters do.
