We have a sick society. We never have to accept that, and we can choose to fix it.

That part! "... and we can choose to fix it."
Need to start supporting family units. Encourage marriage. Get children mental health. x.com/micro2macr0/...
Never marry #EndthePatriarchy
The shooter ending his own life means the victims will never get the justice they deserve. He escape all punishment... IMO "Strong Penalties" AFTER a crime are useless when the offenders don't face trial ⚖️ Vs Strong Laws & Regulations to prevent crimes or catch criminals BEFORE they act 🚔⚖️🔒
Every country has “a sick society”. But no country has the systemic mass shootings like America does. Change the gun ownership laws or nothing will change.
The GOP would have us believe that the U.S. has a monopoly on mental health issues. That’s rubbish of course though if it WERE true, all the more reason to have access to fewer guns. Either way, we know the solution.
Lock up all the men.
Well sorry, ...but they top it. Literally everything is wrong there. Food, culture, medsystem, socialcare, paywages, education, they are a failed system not based on democracy but pure capitalism. And it implodes. It fucked up.
Our system is broken but we went from "Thoughts and prayers" to "Everything's broken! Too hard to fix it!" When in the past we have had gun laws and they worked. In other countries that had sickos murder children-- they did something about the guns and now they don't have mass shootings weekly.
I don’t disagree with you.
Tell em James.
Maybe it's about *men* who enjoy killing people.
...and their easy to access to guns.
American society is no sicker than anywhere else, the difference is the availability of guns. In America you can buy and own huge personal arsenals, in most other industrialised nations you cannot. Until Americans accept this obvious fact, the murder of children will continue unabated.
"Nobody deserves a basic income." See how callus that sounds? That's because it is. Yes, it would help. Yes, there is MONEY for it, but alas, it's NOT going to happen. UBI is a policy choice, just like refusing to deal with guns, is policy choice. Until that attitude changes, NOTHING is going to.
Fixes cost money, and the rich don't care, but their prayers are free.... They simply DON'T want to fix it, The American way.. Protect yourselves and your loved ones, Never visit the US, Never buy US. Nothing is safe in the US.
