Non-terrorist governors should create a new deputized force called H.E.A.T. to counter illegal ICE and other domestic terrorists. Humanitarian Emergency Anti-terrorist Taskforce. Response teams, cyber forces, etc. It is time for Newsom and other Democrats to melt ICE using a little H.E.A.T.
