There is no Republican Party anymore, Trump killed it and Republicans turned to populism and identity politics. Liberal and Conservative ideologies, especially in the 60s are not the same ideologies in America today are they.

Newton's 3rd Law. A major portion of "liberals" turned into America hating wacko freaks. There was a time when the right just put up with all the insults and nonsense...in fact, caved to it. Those days are over. Get used to it...or don't.
