I am a 🇺🇸 citizen living in 🇫🇷 🇪🇺. I don’t really buy many 🇺🇸 products (not as a boycott but because I’m generally perfectly happy with 🇪🇺 options). I’m going to 🇺🇸 next week to see family and it’s going to be weird and difficult. This is all going to keep getting worse.
Most Canadians have family, friends, and business associates in the US. The sense of betrayal is big, and no one wants to be having this fight.
We love Americans. I have American nieces and nephews and many friends. But Trump is attacking us. So we’re gonna boycott anything by Americans so that eventually Americans turn to him and say stop. He is trying to take us over. This is war.
