Listen, all they have to do is hit send and walk away. They don't even have to read what we write. It's easy to imagine there's a "human" behind this but I really doubt someone is reading each comment, mortified, their mental health draining dramatically. That just ain't happening.

I didn't say that. I just said that being concerned about "the person behind the social media account" is not something we should be thinking about when expressing valid complaints. There's no need to white knight "the person behind the post" for this company, or any company for that matter.
