IF election are held. IF a Trump national emergency isn’t used as a pretense for voter suppression. IF republinut controlled state legislatures don’t invalidate the election results and make appointments of their choices.

The first move must be passage of a law-with a veto-proof majority- that lawsuits must exhaust all appeals before going to the SC, and outlawing the shadow docket, or the SC and their right-wing pals will hobble all action.
