It’s a wonder to behold. Centrists saying Labour just needs to sort out its comms and just say something to call out the horrible Farage-monster. They seem oblivious that Starmer has been banging the same anti-migrant drum since before the GE, and that he spat out his “Island of Strangers” speech.

It’s risible and pure copium. They just can’t accept that “their” Labour has long gone. I had a second generation immigrant from London telling me blaming Labour for any anti-immigrant sentiment made them “giggle”, that it’s all Farage/RW, and that stricter controls on immigration are necessary. 🤷🏻♂️
