Thinking of the millions of students and teachers that had to go to school today wondering if today is the day that their school gets shot up. They deserve a safe place to learn and work, our country has failed miserably.

I taught elementary school for 35 yrs. It was always a somber place in the staff lounge the day after a shooting. 🤬🤬🤬

I taught 22 years in a high school, took early retirement in 2020. I had reoccurring nightmares about not being able to save my students during active shooter events.
