If you've used your Apple Watch outdoors enough, it ascribes an average step distance to your gait. Given the rest of the bodges on the Smart* Treadmill I would probably defer to the watch.

Innnnteresting. And now, this - it has been set to 2.5kph for the entire duration - so the treadmill isn't even internally consistent in reporting
But surely the step distance on the treadmill is different, especially if itβs shorter.
