The sad thing is they all, all of them knew Trump was trash and they waited until they got the tax cuts to turn on him. Someone should tell Trump he got played. Mitch is going to do this next. Then they will sandbag Trump with the Medicare/medicaid cuts.

They did finally get their tax cuts, but they've got many more agenda items to accomplish yet. The 1's headed out or are already out may do this, but those still in the game will likely still sit silent. They don't deserve this much benefit of the doubt & it's unlikely they'll blame anyone but Dems.
I guess we will find out.
I mean, they timed the majority of the deepest cuts to kick in after the midterms, when incumbents often lose seats, and some even in 2028, if memory serves, so I'm not sure what purpose it serves those still in office to blame Trump. They're also planning to cheat and redraw maps to stay in power.
