@automated-lists.bsky.social maintains such moderation lists, FWIW. I personally block UnverifiedOver20k and Over50k, and mute UnverifiedOver10k and Over10k. Cuts down on a lot of crap.

Over10K is a strict superset of UnverifiedOver10K, so you could mute Over10K with the same results, for what it's worth.
