I am not sure that they didn’t work the first time. I might have had too high expectations which made me ignore the few positive effects.

When I started my meds, I was studying for final exams, so it was *very obvious* to me what the effects were. But not everyone responds the same. In my family, the ritalin variations work just fine for some, and not at all for others...

I think Ritalin had the weakest effect on me. Elvanse seems a bit better so far, but I still need to see how it affects my focus (which honestly can’t get any worse!). I’d love to be able to study for hours! 😄
