Kilo of Blackberries, a kilo of elderberries and a kilo of sugar and wine yeast in a Demi John. Ferment and bottle. It’s like drinking port. Always drink it standing up because you get drunk from the ankles up and that way you know when to stop. Pretty strong stuff but delicious.
They grow wild in our garden thanks to two of our former dogs eating them off brambles on the common and depositing them in a convenient package in the bushes 🙄. It’s an ongoing battle.
