It’s his home. Believe me, I’ve thought about it, but can’t do it. My conscience won’t let me. If would feel like lying or tricking him.

I’m very sorry that you’re going through this. I wanted to point out that it’s your home as well. An honest question - would you allow some toxic substance in water pipes in your home keep poisoning your dad and you because it’s “his home” or would you take action for the good of both of you?

Please believe me when I say I’ve thought about this SO many times. My conscience just won’t let me. It feels like doing to my Dad what Trump/book banners want to do to us: control us, decide for us what info we can access, take away our freedoms & choices, trick us.

I was just thinking how valuable it would be to have a truth analysis pop up during each Fox show. One that would pause the show with every lie and explain WHY it is a lie. A magical un-brainwashing app. Pretty sure that recognizing the manipulation is the first step in leaving a cult.
