There are so many things I don’t know. Subjects I’m unfamiliar with, but want to learn. I doubt myself all the time…. But then I see these utter fools - their performative ignorance on proud display… And I think “Well thank god I’m not THAT stupid!”

Standard anti-rust treatment. Metal exposed to the elements almost always gets painted, usually with a specially formulated anti-rust paint, and the standard is black. Think of wrought iron railings. Rust is bad, and not just for appearance, but also for the longevity of the expensive metal.
