Another possibility: Gripping the golf club too tightly, repeatedly striking the ground, mishits, or trauma from the club itself could potentially lead to bruising, especially in older adults or those with thinner skin or on blood thinners. Maybe too many handshakes as well 🙄

Handshakes is the most likely culprit, could also be an infusion exfiltration. Except it’s in his dominant hand.
