I've just checked: if you don't use a slow cooker but an oven, for example, then 4 hours still seem to be necessary. I don't think I've ever eaten ox cheeks before and would love to make them. 🙂
Yup. It’a a great (different) cut of meat. First exposed to pork cheeks at a tavern in Seville while on vacation—they immediately went into the rotation at home.
