Fascinating to watch people get caught in the business loop of job searching. PMP is the Crossfit of employment right now. Most people can figure it out without coming out of pocket… but those people writing RFPs came out of pocket—so that’s the expectation.

I worked for a consulting firm that landed a job to work with the 6-Sigma team at a foundry that cast engine blocks for one of the large agricultural equipment manufacturers in the midwest. None of us had 6-Sigma certification. We were brought in to teach them how to talk to coworkers.
