This is why they all probably seem blindsided when you talk with them and point out any truth you just assumed is common knowledge. Anyone exposed to RW talk radio daily is *never* presented with the raw truth of any matter. It's always "something something, those evil liberals are to blame again"
I first began to talk with most of them in late January before the real chaos had broken out. They were almost apologetic because that they had voted for him but were able to justify it because they “didn’t like what was going on”. I’m meeting with one tonight. Interested to see ‘where’ he is now.
