Honestly, it feels like they're trying real real hard to get us angry and into the streets so they can claim martial law with no pushback. It feels like bait. It feels like intentional BS designed to make us violently push back so they can violently push back to the maximum. Road maps are needed.
Maybe, but I don't think they need a real reason to officially declare martial law, and they don't have to declare it really. They've already mobilized the police, FBI, Border Patrol, ICE, National Guard, and Marines. What's it called when you've got martial law without a declaration?
But I agree that they do want violence, that's the lifeblood of fascism, both the violence of cracking down on people in the streets and the violence on those too afraid to go outside. Again it's like imposing a curfew without a declaration. They keep doing it until it's normalized.
And then they escalate. Maybe turn off a power grid for a few hours under the auspices of an "emergency", a "terrorist act", whatever. Leading up to indefinitely suspended elections because 'compromised by outside interference', or pretext for rounding up 'subversive Dems'.
