I tend to agree. I’ve been arguing since 2016 (and I was one of these people), that the reason why Democrats and the media in general, can’t understand what’s going on, is because they don’t REALLY understand Republican voters or the Republican Party. It’s not about “policy.”

Exactly. There have been soooo many “let’s find out why these voters would vote for trump despite his policies hurting them?” articles out there and it’s like … it’s the racism. It’s always the racism. And the sadism of enjoying seeing someone they hate be upset.

Gotcha. Again, this is just my opinion based on years and years of observations. I am still willing to listen, and I’m still willing to be told that I’m wrong. I just have not heard any convincing arguments from Republicans to counter this.

I also recommend this. The bottom is they vote against their economic interests because of culture issues

Absolutely. Under the right circumstances, you can get the bottom third of the high school class to support anything.
