Ha, but you're right that so many of our social encounters, celebrations, etc envolve booze in one form or another, very hard to avoid and maybe feels hard to resist at times. I gave up smoking cold turkey, never looked back. But just try to pry my wine glass from my cold dead hands. Respect C!

Bravo! My partner and I gave up drinking in 2023. I'm pretty sure our celebratory gravy intake has increased, but we aren't sorry we gave up the booze.

It is. I might still be fuzzy at times, but that's not a hangover. I may be down still at times, but that's not because of a hangover. I've also not spent a LOT of money on booze. It's still been spent of course but there are no hangover regrets.
