*I like the "disengagement" euphemism because the system didn't fail, or break, or bloodlly endanger the public. It just sorta... departed. The Artificial SuperIntelligence is off for some virtual coffee-break. It'll be right back, for sure #slop

The only non-critical disengagement is one where the automatic vehicle observes surrounding traffic conditions, warns all nearby road users, chooses a safe parking area, navigates there and requests remote assistance.
