2/2 not to vaccinate for measles, that it was the "good" vaccine that was bad, not the actual bad, wrongly mixed batch, and people didn't vaccinate their children. Measles swept through, 83 were killed (mostly children). The govt decided to begin vaccinating again to stop the spread.
