Yeah, he should definitely seek diplomatic immunity in Canada. Canadian embassy seems like a good way to do it. His lawyer should get all approvals lined up before he formally seeks asylum, so they can fly him and his family out the very same day. He is literally a political prisoner in the U.S.

ICE would arrest him at the border. He'd be better off going to the Canadian embassy in the US and asking for asylum there. Then Canada should immediately put him on a diplomatic flight to Canada.

Seriously, he has more than enough for a double asylum claim. Fled violence in his home country, tried to start over in the US, and now our own jackboots are attempting to have him kidnapped, trafficked, and likely ultimately killed in a country he has 0 relation to.

I was thinking this when they announced he was returning to his home in MD. What will that be like for him with ICE parading around and disappearing people. He needs to get the hell out of this country.
