Any evidence of a flight leaving and returning to the same facility within the past few days? Thinking about the hearing where the DoJ said a flight had turned back.

Yes, but this one was a couple hours after the hearing, so the timing is off a bit.

I haven’t found any in the flight data. It is possible that some of them were on domestic ICE flights that were going to pick up more kids before taking them all to Guatemala, and after the court order they had to go back the way they came. But a flight that took off, turned around and landed? Nope.

I surmise that DoJ lawyers are not told detailed flight plans. I just wish that there was something more solid to go on.
