Just to clarify things for the America readers. We have a UK Parliament, and the MPs and PM, are chosen in the general elections (GEs). Scotland and Wales, also have their own parliaments. In Scotland, it's called the Scottish Parliament. In Wales, it's called the Senedd. They have certain 1/2

Yes, it was. Despite a petition sent to them. Started by a Scot, and signed by people across the UK. The UK Parliament then failed to put pressure on them to change their decision. Despite knowing about it, and knowing about the plans for large protests against Trump.

Yes, Scotland does, have some devolved powers. But they aren't yet independent. So the UK Government, are capable of putting pressure on them, should they choose to. However, I was referring to the petition which was started shortly after news broke about the Scottish Parliament intending to 1/2

Interesting. So you're claiming that Scotland has already achieved independence, are you? It would be nice if you were right. I don't believe that any country, should be forced to stay a part of a larger one, against the wishes of their population. But Scotland hasn't achieved independence yet.
