The outbreak in Texas (and spreading into New Mexico and Oklahoma) could be our next threat to that status, as it's unclear how many cases are flying under the radar, undiagnosed but spreading the virus to others. /fin

Not to mention the initial outbreak group ,the Mennonites, travel easily between Seminole in Gaines County to various spots in Mexico and Canada. The Canadians need to be tracking this as well.

I'm sure they are. Ontario for example is already having a very bad measles year.
