Ugh, well, he is a know HIV/AIDS denialist. In 2023, he said: “There are much better candidates than HIV for what causes AIDS.” This is wildly ignorant.

Indeed but if he was involved for a documentary that was released in 2009, his history here is deeper than at least I realized. Heard this from a person who was in the movie but haven't had a chance to speak further with them yet.
