seeing people say to use banana as an egg substitute is weird to me. it's going to change the flavor. applesauce is good if you don't have/can't wait on ground flax

Right. I get some people can't have or don't want eggs, but like... a banana isn't going to behave like an egg, no matter how much you want it to lol
