so, Garland arrests Trump the day after he's confirmed... then, SCOTUS just declares Trump immune from prosecution that much sooner. If Biden and/or Garland then defy SCOTUS and keep Trump in jail, it looks like they're the bad guys and not Trump.

I wish……
He was charged with crimes that wouldn't fit under the immunity protections ... though that was later, I suppose. Attempting an insurrection doesn't fall under the immunity ruling, does it? Can he just cancel elections and stay in office in 2028? Surely not.
The current SCOTUS would twist themselves into knots to make Trump immune. Trump will attempt to stay in office beyond January 20, 2029.
Agreed. I fully believe trump will leave the oval office under 2 conditions: 1. Forcibly dragged out while screaming 2. In full rigor mortis There is no way that he'll leave quietly, and I have very little faith in any US institution doing the right thing and removing him.
If there are images of him with a minor, the country will tear apart the gates if we have to. This is a TS poll. Maga started the uproar over the Epstein Files and have kept it alive. Credit where credit is due.
Biden had 4 entire years to prosecute trump for J6, but he decided to forgive and forget his political opponent who caused an armed insurrection and caused the deaths of police officers, and decided to go after participants instead. trump wasn't shy about running a shadow government either...
...yet Biden decided that this was just fine. He'd give them 4 entire years to solidify Project 2025 and rig an election. He wanted to be the president to unite the US so badly that he was extremely shortsighted, cowardly, and made everything 1000× worse trying for a legacy.
