Stepfather gave up on forcing 7-yr-old me to convert when I flipped a plate of spaghetti into his lap as I attempted to twirl pasta using right hand. Hockey sticks and scissors are two items where adaptation nearly drove me nuts.

So many things in the kitchen designed for righties, which is tough when you're the only lefty and the primary cook in the family!
Right!? And also a lot of pens… aside from having an inky pinky if the ink isn’t quick-drying, a lot of them will start to twist themselves apart if you write using your left hand. So fun to be writing and then all of a sudden your pen just falls to pieces in your hand.
Wait so THAT'S why that always happens to me???
Transgender or nonbinary US adults, among those age 18-29: 5.1% 30-49: 1.6% 50+: 0.3% 44% of US adults personally know someone who is trans. 20% know someone who is nonbinary. www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/...
Younger folks are just more likely to be honest about it.
I had no idea sauce whisks would be made for right-handed people. But then I bought one and watched it come apart whenever I whisked with it. Soon enough I realised it was because I was using the "wrong" hand to hold it. It works just fine if I (very awkwardly) use it with my right hand...
Except in sports!
My wife is a lefty. Her best friend, and the best friend's husband, are both lefties. My two girlfriends prior to meeting my wife were both lefties. At Thanksgiving dinner at our house years ago there were 8 people at the table. I was the only righty. I think I attract them or something.
There were not many people left in the 1910's
I see what you did there.
😁
And there's not a caring, productive, or high caliber person amongst you lefties! Now fall in line or feel the wrath of society cripple you! Mwahahaha!!
