we've had capitalist fascism for a while eminent domain (often involving governments taking property for, or on behalf of, private interests, ex: oil pipelines) and civil asset forfeiture ("authorities" charged with protecting property, not people, robbing people bc they can, and w/o consequences)

To be fair, the end result of capitalism tends to err FAR more to fascism.
