I was in an Episcopalian church in Orange Park, FL, in early December 2000 when two things happened: a couple were lauded for tithing their salaries to the church and the priest gave the sermon to Rep. Anders Crenshaw (R) who proceeded to campaign against Gore from the pulpit. Never went back.
