No, and it's likely the general populace won't ever be sure; if the shooters were cops the police WILL do everything in their power to suppress that information. Not trying to conspiracy theory but 'dressed like cops' is a non-bias reporting ass-cover tactic like 'injured by gunfire'.

cannot count the number of times i've seen this in action, it's understandably very common (though still not always explicable) at mass shooting sites where the sheer chaos & echoes etc can give the illusion of multiple shooters but turning one assassin "cop" into two is harder to explain away

Local and state police should be ordered to escort ICE from their communities. Governors should order National Guard to assist. They can return when they have identification and warrants, otherwise known as "documented". This is for the safety of citizens and ICE officers.
