I’m sure it’s the fault of iHeartRadio owning every station these days but like Why does every radio station have like “The Greg Show” where for like eight whole minutes between music and commercials they’ll talk about how Americans like their pasta cooked or some dumb fun fact no one cares about.
Like Bruh, this is the hard rock station. You can’t just interrupt Disturbed and Ghost with “YOU’RE LISTENING TO THE RICHARD SHOW: Did you know more Americans are painting their walls blue than 10 years ago?” Who c a r e s
This reminded me of watching iHeartRadio screwing up at my old work. Reminds me they're quirky humans... who also foolishly pass up on me for outdoor laser tag and then lose to me and regret it when my old supervisor briefed them i was an Ex-employee who knew what he was doing. ouo
I stopped listening to radio because I got sick of hearing that stupid "THE BOBBY BONES SHOW" ad every single break for years.
Some stations do have a morning show they put on themselves, but yeah I do see a lot are buying rights to broadcast other talk show segments throughout the day that aren't local ones. It's weird.
