Back in the 90s, I subscribed to Women's Wear Daily -- and it was obvious there was a not-so-nuanced dislike of Trump and Ivana (although I think most people liked Ivana better) as they tried to buy their way into New York society.

He’s always been a turd that people laughed about. Then he started ripping off contractors & his investors and tried to condemn an 80 yr old woman’s house so he could have more parking for his casino. So NY/NJ hated him. The rest of the country should have listened to us in 2015.
