Think the bar has been quietly removed. They can boast that they're not the same as the Tories: They're worse. Even Tory Home Secretaries resisted exploiting the riduculous Terrorism Act 2000 to ban groups for throwing paint, allowing them to suppress peaceful protest against their behaviour.
