Adam . I was Republican in the 1970's, I remained in the party through most of the 1980's. I told myself the party needed me. The party changed from the Eisenhower & Tom McCall (Oregon Governor) Republican. But the abandonment of the party's principles & disrespect was too much. I changed parties.
