You are not getting the fact that the rules of Congress are decided by the majority party. The Republicans made the rules in both houses.

You are not getting that unanimous consent is... well, just that. Meaning every democrat present must agree to limit debate. Which they have repeatedly done so. Or if you're really a human I think you DO get it but are dishonest enough to not concede that is what has been happening. Which, why.
