Double jeopardy is if you have been convicted of a crime, you can't be convicted again of the same crime. But yeah, you would think that they wouldn't be able to, but they're doing all kinds of shit they're not supposed to be doing.

They not prosecuting it, they are making lots of noise to distract from the most serious criminally perverted evidence that has ever been assembled about people in political office and beyond! They are as desperate as they’ve ever been to try and deflect attention away from the Epstein files!
