Can someone help me to understand what we mean by progressive anymore? Fixing healthcare, having roads and mail post, improving education...is any of that remotely progressive? We are so far behind..everyone. Seriously...help me here.

I think he’s saying those of us who want roads and norms and fair elections are holding back Dems who are driving for more free expression, inclusion etc etc and though I support all of those things as a midwesterner I’m like hey let’s focus on roads norms and fair elections as a starting point.

100% agree. And the Dems have to be able to balance social justice as just one thing on the platform. When the GOP keeps talking about it, just don't engage and talk about the rest of the platform. But honestly, there are zero progressive ideas being discussed. Moderate conservatives, actually
