Yet another resignation from a person we really needed to suffer this out in their position. I know it is an enormous ask, and with some of the insane new rules for federal employees even dangerous. But we need reliable eyes on the inside. #SheShed

Respectfully disagree. And I used to feel as you do. But as a physician, I could deeply appreciate why those medical experts at the CDC simply could not stay and compromise what they know to be true, based on science, on a daily basis. It’s just not a reasonable ask.

Dude was responsible for data that he was denied access to! Highly classified and secret data on every person in the country who has ever had a social security number! Data that has been massively compromised by others, that HE would be the one to go to prison for any damages from these breaches!

I don’t necessarily agree we should force people with good intentions to be a part of a group who wants to simply harm others. Imagine the mental toll that would be placed on that person. We failed them by not electing the better person, simply put. They need to find peace their own way.
