Yes, tulips are nice simple flowers. Nature, as in watercolour, works best with simplicity

Not so warm here, but mostly dry. (Farmers are going to start complaining though because it rains not enough, which we normally have now)
I had heard just a day ago about how dry it is through parts of Europe. That's unfortunate: for crops plus sets you up for fire danger 😕 I hope reasonable amount of rain comes soon
We don't have so much green where I live that is vulnerable to cause big fires. There is moorland just in some parts of the country. Only the vegetables and potatoes (ouch, our fries!) will be more expensive.
Well that is good news about fire risk. I hope you've been finding time to paint, although I know with work + family events that may be difficult
