It wasn't. I promise. The one effect that worked was when liquid was squirted out of a syringe directly into the camera. I literally had to take off the glasses because it was like I got wet.

I recall a good number of scenes that work really well in 3D. My caveat with the film is the image quality. It has an inherent "soft" look throughout due to the single strip film process utilized.
