I considered both Mangione and the shooter in the Steve Scalise case as acting in logically motivated self-defense against those who wished them dead. Losing access to health care is a death sentence for too many.

I detest the vile bloodthirsty insurance industry who prioritize their bottom line over patient care. HOWEVER Mangione has NO RIGHT to be judge, jury and executioner. Sorry, I cannot in any good conscience accept that, and I would hope that our society wouldn’t either.

Well said🙏🏼 Here I am in need of critical care to relieve my pain but my insurance wouldn't cover all the expenses, and I can't afford them. I live with pain which makes me moody and robes me of the opportunity to fully go on with my life.
