I picked tomatoes and strawberries during the summer as a kid. It’s grueling work. I don’t know a single person who would do it. We should be thanking migrants not terrorizing them.

We pick wild low bush blueberries for fun, and even the kids get wiped out after several hours!

We used to do that when we lived in Michigan. It would take three of us several hours to fill up one of those big Tupperware mixing bowls. They made awesome jam, though.
