It was a civil case, not criminal. The statute of limitations was up so they filed a civil suit. He wasn’t convicted of rape, but he was found “civilly liable for rape.” The only reason I make this distinction is because he sues with reckless abandon 😂

If you want to be safe, you can always say, "Two trial juries and an appeals court have decided it is a fact that Donald Trump shoved his fingers into a woman's vagina without her consent.
