Thank you so much for speaking up for them. My dad & brother are both vets. This National Guard didn't choose this & they can't simply refuse. People think it's so simple, but they have no idea. 🥹

Some of us know since our spouses and sons served in the military. Thank them for their service. We know they are following orders as stupid as they are.

Thank your loved ones for their service. When you have family in the military, you're in the military also. The orders are stupid & likely illegal, but our troops can't simply pick what orders to follow. Dereliction of duty isn't punished by a slap on the hand, especially with this administration.

Their oath is to the Constitution, not the president. There are actual laws that stop them from following these orders.

They not only have the right to refuse illegal orders, it is their sworn duty to do so.

I agree with that. The ones I've seen shooting people are cops. There are bad apples in every bunch.
